Saba congratulates Sheikh Abdullah Bin Khaled Al-Thani of Al Waab Stud Qatar, on acquiring the beautiful National and International Champion, Suhalia Al Saba. Suhalia joins the superb collection of mares that have been gathered by Al Waab, to form one of the world’s most outstanding groups of Straight Egyptian Arabians.

Saba was very proud to be awarded the title of "Best Worldwide Breeder" at the 2010 Egyptian Event Europe with both our Saba bred entries placing in the top rankings. The show, now one of the most important straight Egyptian shows in the world, is held annually on the grounds of the Pietersheim Castle in Belgium and this year attracted entries from fourteen different countries.

A big congratulations to Messaoudi Al Saba and his owners, AshAanon Arabians, Slovenia. Messaoudi was awarded 1st place in the yearling colt class at his very first outing and attracted many fans.

Suhalia Al Saba was tied on points for the top spot in a very beautiful class of mares and ultimately was awarded the overall Bronze Championship.

Another successful Thaqib Al Nasser son the beautiful Mescal Al Saba in his debut show season was awarded WA State Champion 3 year old colt along with WA Arabian Trilogy Champion 3 year old. Two progeny of Thaqib Al Nasser's contested National Championships in two separate countries, both taking out the top spot.

The gorgeous Shaheen Al Saba, proudly owned by The Desert Horse Stud of New Zealand, attended New Zealand's two major shows this season and was awarded Champion at both. At only one year old Shaheen is undefeated in the junior category and was crowned 2009 NZ National Champion. Well done Demelza and team.

Suhalia Al Saba has enchanted judges and spectators alike during her very first show season. Contesting the Junior Filly category, from 5 outings she garnered an A Class Supreme Exhibit, Supreme Champion Filly of the National Stud Show, Reserve Champion Filly of the East Coast Championships, Supreme Champion Female of The Victorian Classic and 2009 Australian National Champion Filly. Under judges from all around the world and at the countries largest shows, it's an impressive achievement by any account.
